Senator Pearce requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                    
SENATE BILL NO. 363(FIN) am "An Act making appropriations for                  
capital project matching grant funds and for capital projects; making          
an appropriation for the continuation of federal litigation; and               
providing for an effective date" be taken up.

Senator Pearce moved and asked unanimous consent that the
